Help me figure this man out please! He is driving me insane.?

We had a -relationship for about 6 mths 2 yrs. ago, he had not got over his old ex and dumped me hard. He emailed me just recently about 5 mths. ago and explained he was sorry. I forgave him. We are just friends right now, no . He calls me everyday!!! asking about his platonic relationships with women and I listen and give him my advice. He recently came over for dinner, but couldn't stop talking about this "new" girl he wanted. He is bouncing back and forth from this girl to his old ex he left me for. In the meantime, I'm falling for him. What am I to him? Why does he want my opinion on anything, he always never takes it. He tells me he wants to get marrried and have more children and hints sometimes or jokes, "Will you have my baby?" We have been talking over the phone only b/c he lives an hour away from me and we both have demanding jobs. Please explain what is going on???
