If not Caroline Kennedy for Hilary's seat then, who?

There are several good candidates, Andrew Cuomo is probably the lead candidate outside of Caroline Kennedy at this point. But there are also several Congressmen/women who have elected experience, agenda experience, and experience on Capitol Hill who would be able to do well in the job. The issue is really about electability. Cuomo and Kennedy have the ability to raise large sums of money, very quickly. This is an attribute the other hopeful candidates don't possess. Kennedy in particular, can raise millions of dollars with one phone call. She's been doing it all her life.
