How do you feel about a person photoshopping their pic to improve their looks? WHY? *PLEASE READ DETAILS*?

I think photoshopping to improve your looks is lame. but the way you edit some and it just makes the picture more interesting, not so much improving thats cool. changing the lighting or adding a graphic is cool. but changing someones face is lame.
