I am living in Verizon hell...pls help?

you get on the phone with them, demand a supervisor and DO NOT hang up until they help you. get everyones name you talk to and employee number doented. you will be telling your story to 10 different people 10 different times until you find someone who has the patience to help you,. do not give up and do not let it stress you out. you can always file a legal claim if no one can help you. IT IS THEIR mess though...make sure they know that and make sure they know it is THEIR job to fix it.
