IB Biology Higher Level?

My teacher often asks us to do Lab reports for ib bio hl for our internal essments, but many times, he tells us that we do not need to do certain parts of the report. for our latest report, for instance, he said we only need the data table and conclusions, as the procedure, materials, etc was already given to us, as we were doing an AP Lab. When the internal essment is graded, however, won't I fail, because the moderaters will only see the data and the conclusions, and nothing more? The moderator won't know that on many of our labs, the teacher only asks us to complete certain portions, since we often times do AP Labs.
