Looking for a university taught in English faculty of science and water engineering?

I am a 19 years male boy just finished form 4, and very talented in music, athletics and would want to study in Germany my Mum used to be a student there and now she is a Pastor in Kenya. I would serious want to be included in a good university that speaks English and promise to learn more with exchange experiences from Germany.please give me the best accommodative university of my type.
