well i just started running everyday 4 weeks ago. and i decided to start running at night instaed or the mornings. becuase i thot that from everything u eat threw out the day , then at night when u run, u can burn all those calories off. is this tru??????? please help!!!! i want to no th ebenifits of running at night... oh, by the way im not running out side im running indoors with my treadmill..
