Possible bronchitis?

I went to the doctor this past Friday and he told me that I had a fever and upper respiratory infection. He gave me some cough medicine and antibiotics, but neither seem to work. I'm feeling a little bit worse. It's lasted all weekend and I still have it, and my dad says it's probably bronchitis. My temperature is about 99.5-ish, which is high for me because I normally run in the low 97 range. Is it possible I have bronchitis?
