Should i make my own language?

i have about a year trying to make a language, and i have a sturdy one, yet i find it really time consuming anb at sometimes i want to abandon the project, i mean even when i finish, it will be useless if i don't have a person to speak it with, my friends if i make it they will learn it and speak it with me, yet that's not enough, i'm barly in high school need to do better stuff, for example, what if i rather than making tha one learn lojban or espearanto, me and my friends, i really really took an intrest in esperanto but no one knows its population, and i think i read somewhere that esperantos is 2 million, what should i do??? a natural language could be learn but after we finish learning an artifitial, so please dont make any stupid answers like learn another language, reall y i feel deeply sadden, really or maybe it is that i ate too much pastries
